1 Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
2 Condition of Products
The products must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
3 Proof of Purchase
For each return, proof of purchase (order number, receipt) must be provided.
4 Photo and Video Documentation
For every return request, we require photos and/or videos clearly showing the condition of the returned product. The images should include:
• An overall view of the product.
• A close-up of any reported damages or defects.
• The product in its original packaging.

Send an email to our customer service team at info@silkhera.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and the required photos/videos.
Return Instructions
After reviewing, we will send you detailed return instructions.
Shipping
Carefully pack the items, preferably in the original packaging, and attach the return label. Drop the package at a collection point for the designated shipping provider.

Refunds
1 Inspection
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.
2 Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
3 Refund Duration
Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on the financial institution. If you have not received your refund after several days, please contact your bank or credit card issuer.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the same item, please contact us at info@silkhera.com with photo and/or video evidence of the defects or damages.
Restocking Fees
Returns not due to a defect or damage of the product may incur a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.

Fraud and Abuse
To prevent fraud, we reserve the right to refuse a return if we suspect abuse of our return policy. This includes, but is not limited to, frequent returns, inconsistencies in the evidence provided, or repeated requests for unwarranted reasons.
