Shipping Policy
1 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after payment is received. Please note that orders are neither processed nor shipped on weekends and holidays.
2 Shipping Costs
Free shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value required.
3 Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is 6 to 10 business days after the order is shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method.
4 Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery online.
5 International Shipping
Currently, we only ship to Germany. We are working to offer international shipping in the future.
6 Shipping Issues

b. Damaged or Lost Packages
