Shipping Policy

1 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after payment is received. Please note that orders are neither processed nor shipped on weekends and holidays.

2 Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value required.

3 Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 6 to 10 business days after the order is shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method.

4 Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery online.

5 International Shipping

Currently, we only ship to Germany. We are working to offer international shipping in the future.

6 Shipping Issues

In rare cases, delays may occur that are beyond our control, such as customs clearance or unforeseen events. If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please contact us at hello@silkhera.com.
b. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
